I just saw this and thought it was interesting. I can’t imagine being in high school and to be given a notebook computer to do all of my studies on. I wasn’t responsible at all in high school, and it blows me away that people think that these kids might be. I would hate to be on tech support for that school.
This is a debatable subject, and I can see both sides of it. But, me personally, I would like to have some book reading instead of a blinking screen all the time. Mix it up in class.
That is actually starting to get more and more common in education…
