Family Stone Review
I recommend this film highly. It is so much fun. What an amazing cast in this movie as well. The movie stars, get ready, Claire Danes, Sarah Jessica Parker, Diane Keaton, Craig T. Nelson, Rachel McAdams, Dermot Mulroney, and Luke Wilson. Wow, talk about an ensemble cast. I mean, in acting talent, there isn’t a weak spot. It is really amazing. Dermot Mulroney comes home for the holidays with Sarah Jessica Parker in tow as his girlfriend. He plans on proposing, but the rest of the family does not share his affection for Parker. The family is very close knit, so it is hard for an outsider to infiltrate the family. You completely buy into the belief that these people are a close family. You want to like each of the characters so much because they seem like they would be so enjoyable to be around. It is a lot of fun and I really can’t do it justice by giving a review of it, so I will simply say that this movie would be a good date movie, or just comedy, or whatever. It is a lot of fun and I think that the majority of people would enjoy it a lot. So I’m giving the Family Stone an 8 out of 10.
