Well, i have now been at my current job for a year and have good news. I got a raise. I am pumped about that. Also, i was told that my company would pay for me to get MCSE certified. Which is $2k per test. There are multiple levels as well, so it would cost over $10k for me to do it on my own. So i am excited about that. I love the yearly evals.
