Doom Review
Starring The Rock, Karl Urban, and Rosamund
Pike. This action film based on one of the most popular video games of all time
is exactly what you would expect from a video game movie. It has a lot of
violence and pretty good special effects. The acting is sub-par from everyone
but our stars. But I wouldn’t classify The Rock as a star, only a notable name,
so he doesn’t count. Rosamund Pike and Karl Urban do well in their roles as
brother and sister. Everyone else is interchangeable as soldiers who are more
grunts than personalities. Plus, I really wanted to see more of the BFG. I give
Doom a 5 out of 10
