You Don’t Mess With the Zohan…at least not for full price

Thursday night I got to go with some members of Sarah’s family to see the pre-screening of You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. It was fun, as it always is to go see a movie for free. But the movie itself was not near as fun as I was hoping. It did kind of hearken back to the days of Billy Madison where it was all out silliness, but there was no real world weight to the movie like Billy Madison. It was just silly and over the top. It definitely had a theme and moral to the story, but that doesn’t always make for a good movie. I did like all of the cameos and non-actors in acting roles. That was kind of fun to see. Dave Matthews, Mariah Carey, and Micheal Buffer just to name a few.
If you want to see the movie, I’m not going to stop you, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
