Audiobooks

Let me start by saying that audiobooks are soooo cool for people who just sit at their desk all day. In my job, i am pretty well confined to my cubicle. I am not there all the time, but the majority of my time is spent sitting at a computer screen so the newest thing I have started doing is listening to audiobooks. Some of the guys at work have been doing this for awhile, but I am just now getting into it. I listened to "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown Earlier this week, and am now listening to "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien. Da Vinci Code was a pretty good book, and had some neat things to say, I see what all the fuss was about, but if you are grounded in your faith and knowledge of your faith, then you shouldn’t have a problem reading or listening to it. Now I am listening to The Hobbit, which is really good and I am enjoying it a lot more than the Da Vinci Code. My next endeavor is going to be the Lord of the Rings books. Those will do me for the next couple of weeks I would say. If I get bored with Tolkien’s books, then I have the Harry Potter books lined up and ready to go. If you have the chance, you should try it.
